For which levels of hearing loss is Pure Charge&Go suitable?
Pure Charge&Go is suitable for all levels of hearing loss (mild, moderate, severe or profound).

How is the battery runtime of Pure Charge&Go? Can I use it with full charge the whole day long?
Yes. With Pure Charge&Go, we offer a daily runtime of 19h without streaming and 17h with 5h direct streaming via Bluetooth. Considering the fact that an average daily usage of hearing aids is 16h, you can use Pure Charge&Go without any concern about battery life, even with direct audio streaming.

Full-charging time of Pure Charge&Go is approximately 3 hours. Can I still use it if I do not have time for making a full charge?
Yes. With the fast charging option provided by Pure Charge&Go, you can use the hearing aids 6 hours long with a 30 min charging.

Pure 312 is smaller than Pure 13. Why should I choose Pure 13?
If you use Bluetooth connectivity functions (e.g., direct audio streaming) very frequently and battery life/wearing time is important to you, Pure 13 delivers up to 7 days wearing time with one single battery (based on a 16-hour day with 6 hours of streaming). This is the longest streaming time in the market.

Can I control my Insio hearing aids remotely?
Yes. We offer a direct and very convenient remote control of your Insio hearing aids via our touchControl App, which is freely downloadable onto your smartphone.

I do not have any smartphone. Is there a remote control possibility for Insio other than an app?
Yes. Our miniPocket accessory also provides a highly convenient remote control.

Can I stream phone calls, music and/or TV directly into my Insio hearing aids?
With the Twin Phone functionality we offer, optional push button, touchControl App or miniPocket accessory, you can hear a phone call in both hearing aids if your phone will be held close to one hearing aid. Music and TV streaming are not supported.

With which hearing aid models is StreamLine TV compatible?
Currently, StreamLine TV is compatible with Signia Nx and Pure 13 BT primax hearing aids.

Do I need an app to use StreamLine TV?
No, you do not necessarily need an app to use the StreamLine TV. However, you can use the myControl App as a remote control:
– to adjust the volume, and
– to start streaming remotely without any need to have a dedicated hearing program for TV streaming. -
Can I pair more than one pair of hearing aids with my StreamLine TV at the same time?
Yes. You can pair an unlimited number Bluetooth hearing aids with your StreamLine TV at the same time and you can stream to them at the same time as well.

I have more than one TV at home. Can I pair my hearing aids with more than one StreamLine TV at the same time?
No, you cannot pair your hearing aids with multiple StreamLine TVs at the same time.
In order to be able to stream from another StreamLine TV at home, you have to re-pair your hearing aids with it (turn the hearing aids off and on – by opening and closing the battery door -, put your hearing aids onto the top side of the StreamLine TV and wait for app. 30 seconds).

Does StreamLine TV support Dolby Digital Sound?
Yes. High-quality Dolby Digital Sound is supported by our StreamLine TV.

How can I control StreamLine TV without the Signia App?
StreamLine TV can be used without the Signia App.
In order to activate the TV Stream directly from the Nx Hearing Aids, please follow this workflow in Connexx 8.4:
If you fit any Nx instrument and you go to “Configuration” in Connexx 8.4 you can set the Rocker Switch to “TV Stream” which automatically connects the Nx Hearing Aid to the StreamLine TV.
This can be applied for short press and medium press.

With which hearing aid models is the StreamLine Mic compatible?
Currently, StreamLine Mic is compatible with all Signia Nx hearing aids with Bluetooth connectivity.

With which mobile devices is the StreamLine Mic compatible?
The StreamLine Mic enables direct connectivity to the following devices:
– Bluetooth-enabled Android devices
– Bluetooth-enabled Apple devices
– Bluetooth-enabled PCs, laptops and older phonesFor all devices mentioned above, the Bluetooth FW version should be 4.2 or higher.

Do I need an app to use the StreamLine Mic?
No, you do not necessarily need an app to use the StreamLine Mic. However, you can use the myControl App (from app version 2.2 onwards) as a remote control to control the microphone volume.

Can I control the StreamLine Mic volume via the myControl App on every mobile device and with every app version?
The remote control of the StreamLine Mic volume is available with the myControl App version 2.2

Do I need a special hearing program to use the StreamLine Mic?
No. You do not need to have a special hearing program to use StreamLine Mic.
In this way, the StreamLine Mic offers the wearers a very convenient plug-and-play solution.

Should the StreamLine Mic be activated in Connexx before using it?
No. The StreamLine Mic does not need to be activated in Connexx.

With how many Bluetooth devices can the StremLine Mic be paired?
StreamLine Mic can be paired with max. eight (8) Bluetooth devices.
Nevertheless, only one (1) Bluetooth source can be used actively at the same time.
Pairing has to be done only once. StreamLine Mic connects to the first Bluetooth device within reach automatically. To switch to another device, the Bluetooth connection of the active device has to be disabled.

What is the battery runtime of the StreamLine Mic? Can I follow the charging status on the device?
The StreamLine Mic provides up to 6 hours battery runtime with full functionality, i.e. continuous streaming.
Full charge takes approximately 2 hours.
The StreamLine Mic can be charged via USB or usual plug-in (all necessary cables are included in the package).The charging status can be followed very intuitively via the different colors of the device’s power status indicator.

Where can I find the Signia app?
The Signia app is freely downloadable in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store of all compatible iOS and Android devices.

With which hearing aids is the Signia app compatible?
The Signia app is compatible with the complete Signia hearing aid portfolio.

With which mobile devices is the Signia app compatible?
The Signia app is compatible with most of the Android (Android 5.0 and higher) and Apple (iOS version 9.3 and higher) devices. You will find the list of the recommended Android devices for the optimal app stability below.

What kind of adjustments can I make by using the Signia app?
Using the Signia app, you can:
- change the hearing program and microphone volume level;
- adjust the sound balance (basses and trebles);
- adjust the Tinnitus therapy signal (if available);
- adjust the directionality of the hearing aid microphones individually by using the 360° Spatial Configurator;
- manage your audio streaming devices (e.g. StreamLine TV, StreamLine Mic, CROS devices ,etc.) and control their volume discreetly;
- stay in closer contact with your hearing care professional and get individual remote support via TeleCare (a prior activation by your hearing care professional is needed)
As a result, the Signia app offers you a wide variety of individual adjustment options enabling further personalization of your hearing experience.

What kind of permissions does the Signia app require and request?
Depending on the operating system of your mobile device as well as the type of your hearing aids, the Signia app may require some initial permissions like:
- receiving notifications
- to get notifications from your HCP
- accessing the motion & fitness activity
- to improve your listening experience while you are moving, walking or in any other activity
- accessing the location services:
- to use the activity/movement/walking detection feature
- to keep the application alive in the background (Please note: No location data is transferred!)
- accessing the camera, audio, photos, media and files
- to receive a video call from your hearing care professional (available upon prior activation by your hearing care professional).
